to create lead carbonate put a roll of lead into a container suspended above a layer of vinegar about 1 inch deep, then set the container in fresh horse manure and cover for 6 months, if its somewhere that gets warm it’ll work faster.
After 6 months lead carbonate will have formed, this can be used straight away as a pigment or refined by rinsing to create a finer quality paint.
To get yellow heat the white lead carbonate over a fire to create lead monoxide, red lead oxide takes more heat over a longer time period.
